Reading for Pleasure

At the first Project READ ‘What Works’ conference, ‘Growing a Reading for Pleasure Culture’, keynote speaker Professor Teresa Cremin shared research and practice insights into:

  • the benefits of building a Reading for Pleasure pedagogy in school
  • practical approaches to develop reciprocal and interactive communities of readers.

Delegates were introduced to the Open University community website www.research–rich-pedagogies/readingforpleasure
